Your Guide to the SeaCrest OceanFront Hotel Cyber Monday Deal

By now you’ve probably planned out your route and schedule for your Black Friday shopping but have you started thinking about Cyber Monday? We don’t want our deal to pass by under your radar, so here are a few Q&As to help you prepare and get ready for our biggest deal of the year!

Q: How do I book?
A: Anytime between 12:01AM and 11:59PM PT on Monday, November 27th, go to www.SeaCrestPismo.com and you’ll find Cyber Monday listed under our “Specials” from the homepage or click on the tab “Specials & Packages” at the top of the page.

Q: Can I call to make a reservation?
A: Sorry but the answer on this one is no. Since this is a Cyber Deal, any Cyber Monday bookings must be made online through our website. We can talk you through the process of how to book on our website over the phone, but we cannot make the reservation for you. The booking has to be done online by you.

Q: When does the deal start and end?
A: The deal becomes available at 12:01AM PT and ends at 11:59PM PT (yes, our deal is available according to California time since our hotel is located in Pismo Beach, California).

Q: What are the dates available to book for the deal?
A: Book for stay dates between November 27, 2017 through March 8, 2018. Any night of the week (yes, that includes weekends)!

Q: What is the deal?
A: 50% off all available room types.

Q: Are there blackout dates?
A: Not this year but, rooms are limited so if you have your eyes after a certain date, don’t wait to book!

Q: Does that include Dog Friendly Rooms?
A: Yes!

Q: What room types are not included?
A: Due to our hotel revitalization, the following room types are not available during our Cyber Monday Deal: Poolside King, Family Suite, ADA Poolside King

Q: I’m looking at select dates but nothing is available, what is the availability?
A: It’s possible that all the Cyber Monday rooms are booked for the dates you are looking at. Each day has a limited number of rooms available for the Cyber Monday Deal and we’ve had many bookings.

Q: I’m trying to book a King guestroom for 2 adults and 2 kids, why isn’t this working?
A: Our King guestrooms only have a single king bed so the maximum occupancy for this guestroom is two adults or one adult and one child. A third guest may be in the room if it is an infant.

Q: What if I need to cancel my cyber reservation?
A: Reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to arrival date, otherwise guest card is subject to charge of one night’s room and tax. Within 48 hours, our Life Happens cancellation policy will apply and you may change your stay dates and the credit can be used towards a future stay for up to one year from the original reservation date.

Q: Can I change my reservation dates at any time?
A: Yes, but the rate and discount, you received at the time of booking, will not apply to the dates you are changing to.
Q: Will there be hotel construction happening during the available stay dates?
A: Yes, hotel revitalization ends March 31, 2018. Please call or visit our website for more information regarding construction projects.

Q: Will the pool be open during the available stay dates?
A: Maybe. Since the pool and south spa are part of our hotel revitalization/construction projects, they will remain closed until the completion of the project on January 31, 2018. During this time, the north spa and direct beach access will remain open. If you select dates after the completion, the pool will be available for your use!

Q: What is the fine print?
A: Room availability is limited, may not be combined with any other offers or discounts, new reservations only, and only bookable online on Monday, November 28, 2016 (12:01am-11:59pm PST).

We hope these Q&As have you ready for Cyber Monday! Until then, we look forward to having you as our guest at the SeaCrest OceanFront Hotel in Pismo Beach soon.

Celebrating Stars & Stripes in Pismo Beach

At the SeaCrest, we have a lot to celebrate, including stars and stripes. The American Flag first flew over 240 years ago and there’s a whole day in honor of the beautiful red, white, and blue pattern.

The Continental Congress approved the stars and stripes design of the American flag and adopted it as a national symbol, on June 14, 1777. However, it was not until August 3rd, 1949, that President Truman signed an Act of Congress designating June 14th of each year as National Flag Day. June 14 marks the anniversary of the official adoption of The Stars and Stripes as ‘Flag Birthday’, or ‘Flag Day’.
